These are our shipping & terms and conditions for use of the www.azature.com ("Site"). These shipping & terms and conditions apply whenever and however you access the Site, on whatever device.

Terms of Sale

Sales Tax
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. AZATURE collects sales tax for all states and the District of Columbia, except for Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.

Return Policy
AZATURE prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition and original packaging within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise and we will provide you with an e-store credit, less shipping costs. All e-store credits can be used only at the AZATURE, website www.azature.com. No returns or exchanges from products purchased at AZATURE authorized retailers will be accepted through AZATURE. All returns and exchanges of products purchased at the AZATURE authorized retailers must be done at the store at which they were purchased. Refunds will not be issued. On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. AZATURE is not responsible for any loss mail or delivery of the item. All items to be returned or exchanged will incur an restocking fee of 20% and will incur a shipping cost subject to the current rates. All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. AZATURE reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

Size and Measurement
The measuring of your finger for the applicable sizes of AZATURE products are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Rates and Terms
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and Internationally. No shipping charges apply as a special promotion, please check back for changes in our shipping policy:*

For items in stock, please allow 10 to 15 business days prior to delivery. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

For your protection, items shipped to US destinations directly from AZATURE are shipped via Federal Express Home Delivery Signature Service. If you will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package, we suggest you have your package shipped to your workplace, a business, or any location where someone can sign for your package. If you would like your package to be left without a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions for your order. Please understand that AZATURE cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.

Non-Deliverable, Refused & Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.

Stock Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available.

Brokering Services
AZATURE collaborates with first class diamond dealers that provide some of the best gems in the world and will try to match the requests of customers. Diamonds larger than one (1) carat are brokered through our parent company ATNI, Inc. Brokerage fees differ based on the particular request but range from fourteen percent to twenty percent (14-20%). Return Policy
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 7 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received by the same method of payment the items were purchased.
